Double page spread finished
I decied to change my mind from my flat plan as when I took my pictures I felt they looked better in this way plus the 2 pictures at the top look alot more like kerrang style than they would have on my origanal flat plan, also I decied to not bother with the side collumn that is on the flat plan as it would make my main article look to small and would be much too close together.

contents page finished
With my contents I havent done too much different to my flat plan but I have done with the pictures as I cut parts out of one photo to put another in the corner of it I did this as it looked better and differnt to normal magazines and it would appeal to my target audience.
front cover finished
With my front cover kept to my flat plan with the picture but i decided to put some side headings on the side and put a little eye cathing circle at the top i also decided to put a poster special at the bottom near the bar code, I also went with a banner style at the top to keep in a kerrang style and appeal to my target audience.

Main article
The rock sensation Ryan Davis has been recently been told he is the next Jimmy Hendrix as some say he has the golden touch when it comes to a guitar, Ryan Davis the son of a shoe maker in Leeds, rose to his place at number one after forming a band that has rose through the ranks starting at a local pub, then from there a band manager plucked them out and helped get them a place as an opening at a Guns N Roses gig at Sheffield arena, from there got a gig in Manchester as part of a benefit concert for children in need they then released there first album which reached number ten, they then began to tour all around the UK and Ireland. The group then got there big moment and were given a spot at Leeds fest were they launched there newest album which rose to number one and there they stay for now. The Lead singer and guitarist Ryan Davis had this to say “it was just so amazing to be at number one, and to have all this publicity it is what I have always dreamed of” he also added that he wanted to thank his manager so much for getting them all this way plus he also said that he wanted to thank the band and all the fans for voting them number one. Also to add to the young man’s excitement he was given the award by none other than Slash from Guns N Roses who he has been a huge fan of ever since they first met in Sheffield. The band plans to go to the place it began in Leeds for a special gig which will be televised and tickets will go on sale soon, Ryan and the band have planned a competition for the kids of Leeds to learn how to play and the best will get a chance to play with them live on stage the rest will get free tickets to watch them play. Next we went on to ask Ryan about how he became the main figure head of the band he said “the main reason why he was the main figure head of the band was that he had the louder vocals and was heard over the rest of the band” Also he said that the manager was able to confirm this when he had first heard them, saying that Ryan shone out above the rest. Soon after we asked him how the rest of the band felt as him being the main figure head he replied by saying “they are perfectly ok with it as they were given the choice of band name which they still can not decide on”. He then said on the matter of the name that it was between two choices and are very close to picking, as he claimed that by the end of the week the band will not be Ryan Davis but an official name. His manager (David Whitehead) told us exclusively that the band plan to try and win this prestigious award again and they plan to start now by launching yet another album along with the band name the album is going to be called “through hell and back” and feature there hit single “another day gone (live)” (the song that won them the award). The manager finished by saying this band could be one of the all time greats and will the inspiration of all bands to follow.
